 Stenciling on Distress Oxide Background!

I used the same technique as on my CAS Stencil Card Challenge May Launch card.

I used Kia's Distress Oxide Inks and baby wipe video for my inspiration.
Thank you Kia (aplaceforkia).

I added my Distress Oxide Inks one color at a time onto T.H. Glass Mat,
water spritzed with T.H. spritzer and Smooshed onto SU Glossy CS.
Then dried each layer of ink with heat tool.

Distress Oxide Inks used: Wild Honey, Fossilized Amber, Tattered Rose, Shaded Lilac,
Wilted Violet and Broken China.

After A2 background dried I die cut with CUTplorations "ATC Builder Die" and
got 2 ATC's for my launch and reminder cards.

I placed ARTplorations "Roses" stencil over background and secured with
masking tape.  Then used a damp sponge dauber to color the rose flower
thru the stencil with Wilted Violet DOX ink and the leaves with Lucky Clover DOX.

Then the magic: used baby wipe to wipe away the chalky residue
caused by the spritzed Distress Oxide Inks to give the image bright shiny colors.

Set aside to dry and Stenciled an A2 Glossy Card front with ARTplorations
"Bloomdala Bliss #4" using the large stencil in the set and Hickory Smoke DOX.

Added White Craft Foam to ATC and stamped onto Glossy CS the
Papertrey Ink,  "Ways to say:Thinking of You" sentiment using Archival black ink.

Attached to stenciled card front and Done!
I am loving this technique.

You have until the 24th to play along with us at CAS Stencil Card Challenge.
