It was fun making a STAMPlorations CAS Extra Card with optional color: Lilac.
Such a beautiful Spring color.
Bloomdala Bliss #14 Stencil (small)
I covered Strathmore Mixed Media with small Bloomdala Bliss #14 Stencil and
secured with masking tape. Used sponge dauber to add Distress Oxide Inks
through the stencil using Shaded Lilac and Seedless Preserves DOX inks.
Removed stencil and stamped using MISTI the Blossom Dreams sentiment
with Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
A Close Up
Used CUTplorations Crazy Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Die
A Close Up
to cut down image and give it a nice frame.
Added green Zig marker ink to leaves, Candy Dot to flower and
popped up with White Craft Foam onto Whisper White 100# CS and Done!
Enjoy and we would love to have you join us with your CAS Cards.
You have until the last day of May to play along. Hugs..

ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty, Nancy! I love the color combination and the bloom stenciled offset! The clear embossing on the black sentiment really makes it pop. The yellow little candy dot is an effective bright accent.
