CAS Mix Up Friends past and present are Celebrating Loll's...Stamping with Loll
June 27th Birthday🎂💕

We would love to have you join the fun even if your card and/or Birthday Wishes
might be a bit belated😊

Dear sweet Lolly.. sending you virtual wild azalea flowers and your IRL card that I
hope you have already received💕

Your birthday card close up made with love💖

I have been saving this wonderful TCW "Maidenhair Fern" Stencil that Lolly
gave me for her special Birthday card:-)  Loll recently gave stencils to all her CAS Mix Up Girls...
because that is what she does😊..always a very generous friend with her gifts and
her precious gifts of time😇

******************
I stenciled the maidenhair image using Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina and
Cracked Pistachio, which I applied using make up brushes.
Then die cut the Strathmore Mixed Media layer with Penny Black
"Leaf Stitched Frames Dies"

Then stamped the Penny Black "Special Sentiments" sentiment with Versamark
and heat embossed with Rangers Distress Embossing Glaze Cracked Pistachio.

Next added the Memory Box "Dreamy Butterfly" Die cut from foil, which was a gift
by another dear friend,  Bonnie.  I added a white butterfly 1st then popped up the turquoise
butterfly with dimensionals and the gold foil antennae,  which I attached with Connect Glue.
Attached layer to SU Basic White 100# card base and Done!

Altenew 2022 June Inspiration Challenge

I am playing in the Altenew June 2022 Inspiration Challenge/ Super Colorful Layout.

The challenge is to be inspired by this colorful photo and to use Altenew products as
your main focus.

I was inspired by the Leaves, Flowers and Butterfly colors.

Here is my card using Altenew Leaf Bed StencilMetallic Watercolor Pan Set,

The close up phot of the shine from the Metallic Watercolors Pan Set:-)

I had so much fun creating this pretty shiny Hello card and used my
Altenew "Leaf Bed Stencil" for the 1st time:-)

I placed an A2 size Fabriano 140# Cold Press WC paper onto mat.
I placed the stencil over my "Brutus Monroe Stick and Stamp Mat",  which keeps the
stencil in place without masking tape:-)

Then the fun began...I used a #4 round paint brush to add the beautiful Altenew
Metallic Watercolors Pan set for the 1st time:-)  Wow..Stunning Shine!

After adding several layers of paints I removed the stencil from the mat and
let the stenciled layer thoroughly dry.
Then washed the stencil in warm soapy water.

Next I stamped the pretty flowers from Altenew "Doodle Blooms" stamp set using
Archival Jet Black Ink onto the cold press paper.
Watercolored with the same metallic paints and fussy cut.
Added the metallic paints to a scrap of WC paper and used old butterfly punches
to punch out the images and WC with the metallic paints.

I set aside the flowers and butterflies.
Die cut the stenciled and painted card front with Reverse Confetti
"Lacy Scallop Frame Confetti Cuts".

Used dimensionals to add to the flowers and butterfly and stamped Hello
from Altenew "Leaf Canopy" stamp set to the card front and Done!
Almost...added rhinestone gems to butterfly:-)
Loved the Results:-)  Hope you do too....

Love and Hugs,

My Tim Holtz Poinsettia Layering Stencil using Golden
Glass Bead Glitter Gel...Gorgeous Shine!

I placed the Tim Holtz Poinsettia Layering Stencil over Canson Cold Press 140# paper
and attached with low tack purple masking tape.

Then the fun began...adding Golden Glass Bead Glitter Gel using a palette knife.
Wow...the glitter and shine is Stunning!

I let it dry over night.  Then trimmed the piece and added Gansai Tambi Gem Color
Yellow Gold to the flowers and painted the edges of a layer of SU Basic White 100#
cardstock to slip under the main image.

Stamped and heat embossed the Penny Black Holiday Snippets sentiment over a scrap
of more Yellow Gold painted cardstock.
Attached using Connect Glue.

Attached main image to SU Basic White 100# Card Base and Done!

I loved the results and happy to add to my Christmas stash:-)

Since I had all my supplies out I stenciled another poinsettia card front using Strathmore
Mixed Media Tan 184lb paper.

I loved how the Golden Glass Bead Glitter Gel made the glittery poinsettias
look more tannish golden on the tan paper and on the white cardstock on the card above the
poinsettias were white:-)

I finished the 2nd card with Gamsai Gem Yellow Gold paints..just like the 1st card.
Added SU Real red cardstock for a very different look and added the same sentiment.

Two quick cards after designing and creating the Gel stenciled snowflakes!

CAS Christmas Card Challenge Wreath

I am joining in the June 2022 CAS Christmas Card Challenge: Wreath!

I am so happy to be joining the CAS Christmas Card Challenge again.
After a break the awesome challenge is open again💕

I used ARTplorations Wreath Stencil,
SU Sizzix Brick Wall 3D Stencil and CUTplorations Christmas Sentiments Die.

I am looking forward to all the amazing and inspiring CAS Christmas Cards by the
fabulous DT and their Guest Designer Sue (Sue's Card Craft).

I used the SU Brick Wall 3D Embossing Folder for my background.

Next placed my NBUS Brutus "Stick and Stamp Mat" from SSS onto my glass mat
with the sticky side up.  Placed Strathmore Mixed Media brick wall over the
awesome Mat.  Placed the ARTplorations "Wreath Stencil" over the brick wall.
No need to tape down the stencil.  The mat is 6 1/2" x 8 1/2".  I have used the mat several
times already and is a MUST HAVE Tool!  I use it for assembly cards too!

Now the fun...I used a palette knife to spread Dream Weaver paste.  Removed stencil and
washed with warm soapy water immediately.  Let paste on wreath dry.

Then placed stencil back over the wreath and painted using
#2 paint brush to paint the leaves and berries with Gansai Tambi Gem
colors: green and red.  Painted until happy with the coverage. Let dry.

Die cut the CUTplorations Joyful from red glitter paper and popped up with 100#
white cardstock using Connect Glue and attached below the wreath.

Added very old retired SU Riding Hood Red ribbon and attached card front
to SU Basic White card base and Done!
Loved all the shine from the paint and the texture from the paste😊

Thank you CAS Christmas Challenge girls for all your inspiration and getting us
back on track for adding to our Christmas card stash😊

Love and Hugs,

All our CAS Girls are looking forward to starting up our CAS Challenges again.
Our June CAS Mix Up Stencil Challenge hosted by our wonderfully creative
Loll (Stamping with Loll) is using Pastes/Gels through our Stencils!

You will be inspired by beautiful and creative textures created by our incredibly
talented Design Team and our Two Guest Designers...
The very talented Jules (Crafted by Jules) and the amazing Darnell (djkardkreations).

I used Dream Weaver Regular Paste thru my
ARTplorations Roses Stencil.

I attached the ARTplorations Roses Stencil over Strathmore Mixed Media Paper and
secured with masking tape.  Then used a palette knife to spread the
Dream Weaver Regular Paste over the stencil.

Then removed the stencil and washed immediately in warm soapy water.
Then let the paste dry overnight.

Next I used Gansai Tambi Gem Colors Watercolor paints and painted the roses using
#2 and #3 paint brushes.  Adding several layers until I was happy with the results.
The paints leave a beautiful shine..especially the Yellow Gold.
I also used the pink and green Gem colors and let dry.

Next die cut the image with Memory Box Stitched Rectangle and used MISTI to
stamp the Penny Black "Happy Snippets" sentiment with Versafine Black ink
and heat embossed with SU Clear EB Powder.

Popped up the main image with craft foam onto MM paper and card base
and Done.  I was very happy with the pretty textures and colors.

This card went to my dear friend Daisy who loves flowers and
celebrated her 93rd Birthday recently:-)  She loved the textured flower.
