Playing along with the CAS Christmas Card Challenge: Poinsettias hosted by Linda .
Amazing and simply beautiful poinsettia cards by the very talented Design Team😊
You have until the 24th to play along.."Christmas in July" is a fun time to play and add to your
Christmas stash, my friends!
Here is my Quick Clean and Simple Poinsettia Card!
Here is the Close Up of the shiny
Ranger, Princess Gold Heat Embossed poinsettias and sentiment and the
SU Gold Foil cardstock background.
I stamped the Colorado Craft Company "Big and Bold Slimline Poinsettias" image using
Versamark ink onto Strathmore Mixed Media paper and heat embossed
with Ranger Princess Gold. So pretty and a true shiny Gold color!
Then stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the same set.
Next die cut using Memory Box Stitched Rectangles Die.
Die cut SU Gold Foil Cardstock with Reverse Confetti "Lacy Scallop Frame" Confetti Cuts.
Popped up image with craft foam and Done!
Loved the CAS quick Christmas card for my stash😊
Thank you Lin for hosting a wonderful Poinsettia Challenge.

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous poinsettia card, Nancy! The shine of the gold foil cardstock and the princess gold heat-embossing is amazing! You're clever to use only a part of the big stamp to make a CAS card. You also did a wonderful job of making this impactful card by using only white and gold! Thank you for adding the beautiful shine to the CAS Christmas gallery, my friend! Hugs.. Hideko
ReplyDeleteThank you Hideko...this was not the card I intended to create...after heat embossing part of the image with the Princess Gold EB powder the design just quickly came together because of the beautiful shiny gold image. Love when that happens. Hugs...Nancy
