STAMPlorations Sketchy Yule Trees

My 1st time to use the STAMPlorations Sketchy Yule Trees stamp set😊
This stamp set is part of the STAMPlorations Holiday Stamps Bundle, which has been
generously discounted by Shery!

I ordered the stamp set last Christmas season and now having so much fun playing
with the set, which has 6 open Christmas tree designs.
The trees were perfect for watercoloring with Altenew Metallic paints.

Another card using Metallic paints..can't resist the shine for the Holidays!

I have discovered that photographing metallic shine on cards works best
at this angle.  But is even prettier IRL....

I stamped the trees in MISTI using Versafine black pigment ink onto
Strathmore Mixed Media paper and then removed and heat embossed
with clear EB powder.
Next used #1 paint brush to apply the Altenew Metallic paints.

So relaxing and fun to watercolor,  adding layers until happy with the results.
Then let images dry completely and die cut with SSS Postage Stamp Edge Frames.

Next painted a scrap piece of Basic White paper with metallic paint and
attached the STAMPlorations "Merry Everything" Clear Stickers sentiment and fussy cut.
I added the tiny rhinestones for balance and
popped up the card front with craft foam and attached to
SU Basic White cardbase and Done! LOVED all the shine!

Happy to add another Christmas card to my stash.  Thank you for visiting dear friends.
Sending Happy Thanksgiving wishes to all those celebrating.

Love and Hugs..
💕

Here is a sweet update by Shery with photos of cards that Shery created for
the Blog Hop using samples from Shery's new awesome Fall & Winter Paper Goods Pack.
She even included a couple cards I created using the new Paper Goods Pack.

My shiny cup of Coffee/Tea/Chocolate!

Such pretty shine from the little package of metallic 6" x 6" pretty paper, which was
a gift from a dear friend.  Perfect for Christmas cards:-)

I attached the paper panel with Connect Glue to SU Basic White 110# cardstock,

I stamped the mug with Versamark and heat embossed with Altenew Platinum
Embossing Powder and fussy cut with my SU Papersnips.
Then I used a #1 paintbrush to paint the images and lid with
Altenew Metallic Paints.

Then placed cardfront in MISTI and stamped the STAMPlorations "Christmas Joy"
Merry Christmas using Versamark and removed the image from MISTI.
Next used Ranger "Princess Gold" EB powder to heat EB the sentiment.

Next added Craft Foam to cup using Connect Glue and popped up image onto

STAMPlorations Homespun Christmas

Close Up of sparkle and Shine!

I used a favorite ARTplorations Sanna Lippert Designs Snowflakes Stencil
for my background.  I used one of my new Ranger Detail Blending Tools
(there are 5 in a pkg)
to apply versamark ink thru the stenciled snowflakes.  The Tool worked Great!

Next I removed stencil and heat embossed the snowflakes with
Nuvo Shimmering Pearl EB Powder.
Loved the beautiful shiny shimmery snowflakes.

Next stamped the STAMPlorations Homespun Christmas  log cabin image
in Misti using Distress Oxide Antique Linen for a no line effect.
 Then watercolored with Zigs.
Made my snow by adding Connect Glue to the snow areas and
sprinkled with SU Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.
Let Dry and fussy cut with papersnips.

Stamped sentiment from same set (LOVE all the sentiments in the set)!
Then fussy cut sentiment.  Die cut main image layer and card front with

Assembled card layers and popped up main image with dimensionals and Done!

CAS Christmas Card Challenge: Snowman

I am joining in the fun at CAS Christmas Card Challenge: Snowman,  hosted by the clever and creative CAS designer,  Hideko.  You will be inspired by the wonderful Guest Designer, Steph (My Paper Corner) and the Design Team.  Be sure and check out their fun snowmen!

I used  STAMPlorations Shirley Bee's "Layered Snowman" stamp set. Such a fun and versatile set.

I stamped the Layered Snowman body and then stamped his head using Archival Jet Black ink.  Next added the stamped face at an angle and buttons then fussy cut his stamped top hat that I had colored with Zigs.
Next Attached the snowman to Strathmore Mixed Media A2 size paper  and added his fussy cut top hat at an angle...because he does have a bit of an attitude...I think!
Then I stamped his arms...he is waiting impatiently for more snow to fall!!
Wouldn't you have an attitude...if you were a snowman or snowlady?!?

Next stamped the sentiment from the same set and heat embossed.
Then added some snow to ground him,  which made my snowman a bit happier.
Used Connect Glue and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter for the very sparkly snow.

Then die cut the border with Reverse Confetti "Lacey Scallop Frame" Confetti Cuts.
Layered over SU Real Red Cardstock and attached the card front to the SU Basic White 100# card base and Done!

Such a fun challenge, Hideko😀 You still have until the 24th to play along.

Holiday Mocha Feels

Monika and I are sharing projects using the new Christmas stamp sets.

Close Up of Heat Embossed and Metallic Paint Shine.

I stamped the mocha image with Versafine black ink onto mixed media paper and heat embossed with clear EB powder.  Then painted the floral arrangement, coffee beans and mocha with Gamsi Tambi W/C paints.  I used the metallic gold and silver W/C paints also,  which adds shine along with the heat embossing.

Then stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Distress Ink and heat embossed with clear EB powder.  Stamped the Joy from the same set and outlined with a black art pen.

Die cut the border, then attached to card base and Done!
Every sentiment in the set fits inside the coffee cup..so cool!

I do Love making tags for my trays of cookies,  that I share with family and friends.  The cookies are delicious with tea or coffee:-)

I used CUTplorations Stitched Tags Nesting Dies to die cut all the tags from Strathmore Tan and White Mixed Media papers.

Stamped the tag images and mug cup image from the stamp set and heat embossed.
Watercolored the poinsettias and mug cup with Gansai Tambi paints.  I used the gold metallic paint on the images for a pretty shine.

Fussy cut the poinsettia that is off the edge of the cup...the poinsettia and cup are one piece.  Next attached to die cut Tag.
Watercolored the poinsettia tags,  fussy cut and popped up with craft foam.
Added stamped and heat embossed sentiments then attached layers and added the SU ribbons (ret) and Done!

In the future I will be making more of these fun colorful Christmas tags:-)
I loved all the choices of sentiments in the set and images.

Thank you Shery for the two new awesome Christmas Stamp Sets.
We hope you join the Coffee Lovers Hop for a chance at amazing prizes and inspiring project designs.  Love and Hugs..
