CAS Watercolour Challenge: Blue hosted by Bonnie!
Gorgeous CAS Cards by the DT, GD and in the Gallery:-)
My Blue Watercolored Vellum Card
I made this card at our 2019 Retreat! Susan led the watercoloring on Vellum
Technique. I sprinkled Ultramarine Brushos powder on my SU Vellum Cardstock,
then spritzed liberally with water, tipping the paper to move the ink.
I laid an acrylic block on the vellum to prevent some of the curling.
When dry I taped down to a die cut window frame.
Popped up with white craft foam and glued down the white die cut PB Iris.
I decided to leave off the sentiment and add later when I need the card.
I loved the simplicity and ease of making this card.
Thank you Susan for making me want to use vellum more often:-)
If you click on my Craft Retreat Photos Tab under my banner you will see
many more vellum samples we made at our 2019 Retreat:-)
Enjoy, you still have until the 24th to play along at CAS Watercolour Challenge! Hugs..
