DTGD16vasunshine Challenge Day 1
It is Dare to Get Dirty time at SCS, sure hope you can join us for the week long challenge, inspiration, and chatting fun! My card was a sampler for Teresa's DTGD16vasunshine Challenge today. You have to be a SCS Fan Club Member to join the challenge. This Annual Challenge is a perk for being a paid member of SCS, which helps with all their expenses.
There are 5+ challenges a day from past and present Dirty Girls and runs through Saturday August 6th.
I used a landscape I made using Alcohol Ink a while ago. I cut it down to make a 4 1/4" square card. (I cut off the piece I did not like...hee, hee,) I then stamped with the sentiment and added an alcohol ink and gold foil butterfly trimming the piece with gold foil and mounting on Very Vanilla cardstock.
Please check out My SCS Gallery for all the rest of the details. Happy stamping my SCS friends :-)

ReplyDeleteGorgeous alcohol ink landscape, Nancy! Love how you've trimmed all that vibrancy with the gold foil!
ReplyDeleteThis one just bursts with color! Your landscape painting intrigues me! I've not had the nerve to try this. It's amazing, Nancy! Just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteFabulous alcohol ink background - it turned out perfectly (I guess because you cut off the piece you didn't like!!!). Lovely butterfly too. The whole card makes me think of a hot summer day.
ReplyDeletelove this~~
ReplyDeleteLove, love the vibrant colors. The thin matt of gold really adds a nice touch of elegance and sets off the landscape background.
