STAMPlorations January 1, 2020 Stencil Challenge

Time for our 1st 2020 New Year STAMPlorations Stencil Challenge Anything Goes!
Of course,  you have to use a stencil(s), but does not have to be ARTplorations stencils.
We Love it though when you do.

Be sure to Check out all the inspiring projects by our

My stencil card using...

I found this beautiful Ranger Alcohol Pearl Ink background in my stash.
I used Alchemy, Splendor and Deception Inks.
I dripped the Alcohol Pearl Ink onto Yupo paper and blended the colors
with Blending Solution.  I love the subtle shine you can see IRL.

Die cut with CUTplorations
"Crazy Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies"
Then placed ARTplorations "Peacock Feathers Stencil" designed by Sanna over the
background and secured with masking tape.

Next used a Ultra Fine Black Sharpie pen to trace the stencil images.
Attached the Happy, Happy Clear Sticker to the image.
Popped up card front with White Craft Foam and attached to cardbase and Done!

I loved the Quick Clean and Simple design
that works for a New Years or Birthday Celebration:-)

  4. Wonderful happy colours - perfect with the sentiment that mentions a party! Great idea to trace the stencil instead of using embossing paste or a different colour of ink.

  5. What a beautiful stencil card, Nancy!
I love the Alcohol Pearl Ink colors you used and the way they blended.
Tracing just round part of the peacock feather stencil is such a great idea! The abstract black patterns pop against the gorgeous background and they are so unique and special.

    1. Thank you, my friend. I really like the shine from the alcohol ink pearls. I tried to catch the shine in a photo, but none turned out. It does catch the lamp light at night and is so pretty. I am loving the pearls. I now have 3 sets:-) Hugs...
