CAS Stencil Card Challenge: Alcohol Inks/ Alcohol Lift

Already time for a new CAS Stencil Card Challenge.
Our DT girl Cathy is hosting this creative Challenge.

You will find inspiring CAS Cards by our talented DT and this
months very talented Guest Designer Janet (Swanlady Impressions).
Also helpful video's on the challenge post.

We would also like to Welcome Viv (Viv's Visuals) to our CAS Stencil family.
Viv is a very talented CAS card designer,  who often plays in all our CAS Challenges.
Viv is from the UK.  You will Love her beautiful smile and Creative CAS cards:-)

My 1st CAS Card using Alcohol Inks background with Alcohol Lift over a stencil. Enjoy!

I used the Ellen Hudson Backgrounds with Alcohol Inks Technique Video for my card.

I began by die cutting a piece of Yupo paper with Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Die.
Next dropped drops of Alcohol Ink onto sponge pad that was attached to Mini ink blender.
Sponged the colors going from the lightest to darkest Alcohol Inks
with a pouncing technique.

My Ranger Alcohol Inks:  Sunshine Yellow, Flamingo, Rasberry, and Wild Plum.
I let the background dry,  then burnished with a paper towel to remove excess ink
and add shine to the background.  I loved the color combo.

Then I placed my new TCW "Tiny Circles" (gift from Loll) stencil over my background
and added a small amount of Ranger Alcohol Ink Lift
onto a T.H. Mini Blending Tool sponge.
Be careful not to add to much of the Lift solution so it does not go under the stencil.
Also very difficult to dry if you use too much.  You can use 92% Rubbing
Alcohol or Blending Solution if you do not have the lift product.

TIP:  Let background dry completely before burnishing again with paper towel.
The stenciling will rub off even if you just touch your image if NOT dry!

I die cut my Alexandra Renke Snowdrops and attached with gina k. Connect Glue also
a gift from my dear friend Loll. I am in love with this glue, especially for dies!
I added sequins to balance my image.

Popped up my image with White Craft Foam and attached to another die cut layer.

Added PB "Special Sentiments" using Versafine black ink and my MISTI and Done!

I will be using this fun technique again soon.  Thank you Cathy for hosting.
You have until the 24th to play along.  Hugs..
