Whew, so much news..Now back to the CAS Mix UP EB Resist Challenge!
Using Emboss Resist + Stamping + Heat Embossing, Sponging and Die Cutting
I kept my design very Clean and Simple, letting the Emboss Resist
technique take center stage!
I placed my SU Whisper White Thick card front in MISTI.
Stamped SU Tree image from "Christmas Lodge" (ret) with Versamagic Cloud White
Pigment Ink. Then heat embossed with Wow Bright White EB powder .
The tree is so shiny and pretty.
The tree is so shiny and pretty.
Next used T.H. circle blending tool to sponge my Distress Inks
over the heat embossed tree. I started at the bottom using 3 different blue colors.
Used the darkest shade 1st, Emerald Lagoon, then Salty Ocean and Broken China.
The colors have a tinge of green, but photographed with all blue tones.
Then I die cut my main image using Penny Black Antique Frames Die.
Using the 2nd to largest Die.
Next used MISTI to stamp the SU Bells and Boughs (ret) sentiment.
I stamped with Faded Jeans DI and then heat embossed with SU Clear EB powder.
I stamped the sentiment again with clear Versamark and heat embossed again
with clear EB powder. I added a SU Rhinestone to the sentiment for a little bling.
Popped up main image and sentiment with fun foam onto card base and done!
The tree and sentiment are so shiny and pretty IRL.
Wishing happy holidays with family and friends celebrating your blessings.
With much Love and Hugs...
