AAA Cards CAS Game #122 Use a Stencil

Playing along with the AAA Cards CAS Game #122
Use a Stencil Challenge.

STAMPlorations is the sponsor this month and offering a $15.00 gift certificate
for the winner:-)

Here is my stencil card using STAMPloration products.

Adding a close up showing the shimmery Lindy's Magicals pigment inks.

Such a fun quick CAS card design using the Stencil Monoprint Technique.

I placed the stencil over Strathmore Mixed Media paper and secured with
Post-It-Note Masking Tape.

Then sprinkled Lindy's Magicals Pigment Powder over the stencil
Using 3 greens: Lucky Shamrock,  Bells of Ireland and Mad Hatter Mint Green.

Next spritzed liberally with water using my T.H. Spritzer.
Removed stencil carefully and moved positive monoprint image to the side,
then turned over stencil onto another piece of MM paper
and pressed down with paper towel to move the ink around for a negative image.

I rolled lightly a roll of paper towels over the negative and positive images
to soak up the puddles of ink.  Helps the samples dry quicker too.

When my positive sample was dry I die cut with CUTplorations
Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Die.

Next placed my piece in MISTI and stamped STAMPlorations sentiment with
Archval Jet Black ink.  Repeated a couple of times to get good coverage.

I popped up my image using fun foam onto SU Whisper White Thick CS and Done!

I LOVE the Magicals shimmer.
This card was so fun and easy with my STAMPloration Products.
