CAS Christmas Card Challenge:

Playing in the CAS Christmas Card Challenge: Dogs and/or Cats!
This fun challenge is hosted by our animal crazy friend,  Susan (Cardmaker's Garret).
The Guest Designer this month is the talented Jane (Onions and Paper).
Be sure and check out the cute and fun cards by the Design Team.

Darn,  I had to order a brand new to me Colorado Crafts Company "Christmas Presents" set....that I already had my eye on.  Such a cute set😊
I smiled all the time I was creating my card😊 Enjoy...

I stamped the dog and Christmas gifts image (one stamp) with Versafine black ink onto Strathmore Mixed Media paper using MISTI.  Then heat embossed with SU clear EB powder.
Next watercolored with Zigs markers.  Then placed the image back in MISTI and stamped the sentiment from the same set and heat embossed.

Then die-cut the frame with Spellbinders Hemstitch Rectangle die.  Popped up the image with white craft foam and attached to SU Whisper White 100# card base and Done!   Thank you Susan for a fun and easy CAS Christmas Challenge😊

  6. Ha! I just saw this in my Feedly and had to pop over. You know I love it! Wally and LuLu are like kids on Christmas day. Of course, they always get presents. This reminds me of Wally gazing at the presents before they're opened. He will lay by them just like this. I think he can smell the pet supply store. Anyway, This is so fun and adorable. Beautifully colored and perfectly CAS!

  14. This is SUPER CUTE Nancy! I LOVE the expression on the dog's face. He is being so good about not touching that delicious looking bone on top of the gift, but it's taking all he's got to leave it. :) So fun! xx

  16. These Anita Jeram illustration stamps are so popular at the moment aren't they, and you can see why - they're proper characters! You've coloured this little chap so beautifully but I'm afraid he has a bit of a long wait until Christmas. I don't think we can blame him if he crumbles and goes for the bone! Vicky x
