STAMPlorations 5th Birthday June Celebration!

June has been an awesome 5th Birthday Celebration for Shery ,  the owner of
STAMPloration and her amazing DT!

I am CASE'ing my friend, Harriet's (allycatcards) beautiful ARTplorations
Stenciled "Flutter By" watercolored card.

Here is my Alcohol Ink Version.

What a difference ink and paper can make.  Harriet used watercolor paper and inks
and I used Yupo paper and T.H. Alcohol Inks.  I love both cards!

I have been working on a major purge of my craft room.
Today when I saw Design Team Harriet's
3 favorite and 3 new STAMPlorations cards it reminded me that I had
this beautiful stenciled "Flutter By" background in my alcohol ink stash.

I used the same design as Harriet for my finished card,  but did add a
STAMPlorations sentiment, "Fond Expressions 2".

Thank you Harriet for the Inspiration.
You have until June 30th to play along with Shery's awesome Celebration.
Happy Birthday Shery and DT girls:-)

  7. I was wondering how you stenciled this beautiful "Flutter By" background with Alcohol Ink at first, and then I read the Alcohol Ink Stenciling Technique on your blog post (the passionate Sunflower card). You used more colors this time and achieved fantastic results. I love the butterflies' vibrant and gorgeous colors and the flowing artsy look! Hugs.. Hideko
